JR SHERMAN, President and Chief Revenue Officer

As President and Chief Revenue Officer, JR Sherman oversees Lanyon's global strategy, operations, and business development. In this role, he identifies opportunities to unlock value for Lanyon's clients, which include 70 percent of the Fortune 500 companies, 80 percent of the Business Travel News Corporate Travel 100, and thousands of small to midsize businesses and associations around the world.

Sherman has 20 years of experience creating and delivering B2B marketing software solutions. Prior to joining Lanyon, he was Senior Vice President and Senior General Manager of ACTIVE Network™ Business Solutions Group, a leading provider of event-marketing and Strategic Meetings Management technology. In 2013, Sherman was named one of Business Travel News' top 25 most influential executives for his contributions to the industry. He has multiple degrees from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, including bachelor's degrees in both Finance and Marketing.

KENNY COBERN, Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, Kenny Cobern oversees Lanyon's overall global corporate strategy and operational performance.

Cobern has nearly 30 years of experience in executive management, having worked as interim Chief Executive Officer of Lanyon prior to his current role. Cobern has had six previous engagements with portfolio companies owned by Vista Equity Partners. Before joining Lanyon, Cobern worked as a private executive consultant guiding corporations through mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic and operational initiatives. He has held positions such as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Executive Vice President with corporations in the consumer lending, financial services, and software and professional services industries, both in the United States and internationally.

Cobern earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.

ANTHONY MILLER, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Product Management

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Product Management, Anthony Miller is responsible for Lanyon's overall strategic direction, business growth, and product strategy. He works with Lanyon's clients around the world, providing them with tools and data to create smarter meetings and events.

Miller has more than 10 years of experience in software and services for the marketing, events, and hospitality industries, having worked with clients such as Cisco, Adobe, and salesforce.com. Prior to joining Lanyon, he was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at ACTIVE Network™ Business Solutions, a leading provider of event-marketing and Strategic Meetings Management technology. Miller regularly presents at conferences, trade shows, and webinars.

KEVIN O'ROURKE, Senior Vice President of Global Sales

As Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Kevin O'Rourke drives Lanyon's enterprise and midmarket sales strategy, as well as expansion into new markets around the world.

O'Rourke has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales. Prior to Lanyon, he was Vice President of Sales with ACTIVE Network™ Business Solutions, a leading provider of event-marketing and Strategic Meetings Management technology for enterprise organizations and small to midsize businesses and associations. Before joining ACTIVE Network, he held several sales leadership roles at EMC2, specializing in data protection, cloud solutions, and business intelligence.

O'Rourke has a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

JASON FERRARA, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Jason Ferrara is responsible for all of Lanyon's marketing around the world. This includes marketing strategy, brand development, communications, demand generation, advertising, promotions, sales support, segmentation, and social media.

Ferrara has more than 20 years of experience in professional software and services marketing, having held positions as both Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Business Development with Ifbyphone, a voice-based marketing automation firm. He also worked as Vice President, Corporate Marketing for CareerBuilder, where he was responsible for product development, advertising, promotions, e-commerce management, CRM, and customer loyalty.

Ferrara received a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Indiana University, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

STEVE CORNELL, Senior Vice President of Finance

As Senior Vice President of Finance, Steve Cornell oversees all of Lanyon's global finance, accounting, legal, human resources, recruiting, training, and employee development functions; as well as client renewals.

Cornell has 20 years of experience in corporate financial strategy and leadership. Prior to joining Lanyon, he was Vice President of Finance for P2 Energy Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for financial oversight of the organization, such as budget and forecast strategy; client negotiations; Merger and Acquisition support; and overall process improvement initiatives. Before P2, Cornell was Vice President of Finance for Western Union for five years. Additionally, he held multiple finance roles with First Data Corporation over a ten-year period.

Cornell earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Christian University.

KEVIN IWAMOTO, Vice President of Industry Strategy

As Vice President of Industry Strategy, Kevin Iwamoto guides Lanyon's strategy for engaging with buyers and suppliers in the meetings, events, association, and corporate hospitality industries. Iwamoto also works to raise awareness of the benefits of Strategic Meetings Management (SMM).

Prior to joining Lanyon, Iwamoto was Vice President of Industry Strategy with ACTIVE Network™ Business Solutions, a leading provider of event-marketing and SMM technology. He is a former President and CEO of the Board of Directors for the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and has been honored with every major business travel accolade, including GBTA's Industry Icon and President's Awards, Business Travel Executive's 13 Top Visionaries, and Business Travel News' Top 25 Most Influential Executives, as well as Travel Manager of the Year.

Iwamoto holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, Honolulu, and a Global Leadership Professional Masters designation from the Wharton School of Business.

ROLAND TANNER, Managing Director, EMEA

As Managing Director, EMEA, Roland Tanner is responsible for Lanyon's strategy, success, and growth in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is also responsible for Lanyon's global corporate development and business strategy, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Tanner has more than 26 years of experience in the hotel industry, having held senior-level management positions with major hotel companies and hospitality technology vendors throughout the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Lanyon, he was Vice President of Product Development with Pegasus Solutions, a leading provider of connectivity and Global Distribution System technology to nearly 100,000 hotels worldwide. Tanner also worked as Vice President of Information Technology with Utell Hotels and Resorts, and he was reservations director with both Forte and Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts.

Tanner has a bachelor's degree in Hotel Catering Management from the University of Portsmouth. He is based in Oxford, England.

DOUG JOHNSTON, Vice President of Global Services

As Vice President of Global Services, Doug Johnston oversees the deployment of Lanyon's solutions for enterprise clients throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He leads a worldwide organization of 180 professionals, providing project management, business analysis, implementation, training, and fulfillment across Lanyon's portfolio of accounts.

Johnston has more than 15 years of experience in professional services leadership and strategic planning. Prior to joining Lanyon, he was senior director of professional services at ACTIVE Network™ Business Solutions, a leading provider of event-marketing and Strategic Meetings Management technology.

Johnston has a bachelor's degree in Law from Carleton University and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.

ALISON GALIK, Senior Vice President of Operations

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Alison Galik oversees account management, implementation, customer support, and training for Lanyon's 900-plus corporate and 430-plus supplier global clients.

Galik has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate travel industry, having held several senior management-level positions with American Express and Rosenbluth International. Prior to joining Lanyon, she was Vice President, Shared Services at StarCite®, where she was responsible for content management, business intelligence, training, and customer care.

Galik has an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Temple University and a bachelor's degree in Management from Rutgers University.

JAKE BOAZ, Vice President of Corporate Development

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Jake Boaz leads Lanyon's sourcing, assessing, and integration of strategic opportunities. His focus is on both external and internal opportunities, such as acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and internal strategic initiatives.

Boaz has more than 10 years of experience in corporate development, having worked as Senior Director of Mergers and Acquisitions with ACTIVE Network™ prior to joining Lanyon. While at ACTIVE Network, Boaz successfully managed the merger of ACTIVE Network Business Solutions with Lanyon in 2014. Prior to that, he was a manager of corporate development with ViaSat Inc., and he worked as transaction services manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A Certified Public Accountant, Boaz has an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a master's degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. He also has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

SCOTT CHAO, Director of Strategic Programs

As Director of Strategic Programs, Scott Chao engages with all areas of the Lanyon organization, working with executives from finance, sales, marketing, product management, and operations to launch strategic initiatives that drive transformational growth.

Prior to joining Lanyon, Chao served as a strategy manager for Deloitte Consulting, where he led teams to define new or enhance existing customer and marketing strategies. He has advisory experience across a variety of industries, including travel, software, financial services, and retail.

Chao holds an MBA in Marketing and Global Business from the University of Texas at Austin, and bachelor's degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.

LORI CRAIG, Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources (HR), Lori Craig leads Lanyon's global team of professionals responsible for talent, performance management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, benefits, and HR operations. This team also provides ongoing support for all of Lanyon's domestic and global HR policies, programs, and procedures.

Craig has 20 years of experience in HR, having worked as a strategic consultant for several Fortune 10 to Fortune 1000 companies prior to joining Lanyon. She started her career as Divisional Director of HR with Homestead Studios and Wyndham Hotels, and then worked as Corporate HR Compliance Director with Safety-Kleen Systems.

Craig has an MBA from the University of Dallas, a bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Missouri, and a Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

MILLA RAHMANI, Director of Legal Affairs

As Director of Legal Affairs, Milla R. Rahmani oversees all of Lanyon's legal activities, such as negotiations for technology and commercial transactions; advising the company with regard to Intellectual Property, patent, and trademark issues; and providing intra-departmental legal counsel to human resources, finance, marketing, services, and support.

Rahmani has 10 years of experience in legal counsel. Prior to joining Lanyon, she worked as managing attorney and associate general counsel with Sendera Title and as an associate with Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Rahmani holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London. Additionally, she holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law; and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and English from the University of Texas at Arlington. Rahmani is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Texas.
