Don't Miss My Webinar on Making Your Event Attendees' Journey Great

Is your event attendees’ journey typically bumpy or smooth?

When I ask that question, I’m referring to attendees’ entire event experience – beginning with registration and concluding with their participation in ongoing social communities you create that remain alive well after the event is over.

Do you know how you can determine whether their experience is a pleasure or a pain? It depends largely on the event technology plan you’ve put in place to guide attendees. What does your plan look like? Does it include registration software, mobile apps, social media, AV and a streaming platform to create a truly hybrid event?

On Tuesday, December 16, at 1:00 p.m. Central, Lanyon and Sonic Foundry will present a free webinar: “The Attendee Journey — Leveraging Technology Before, During and After Your Event.”

I’ll be joined by Donny Neufuss, Senior Account Manager for Sonic Foundry’s Mediasite Event Services. We’ll talk about the latest trends in event design and meeting technology. And we’ll guide you through the process of selecting the right technology partners to execute and manage successful events every time — as well as how you can take your attendees on an unforgettable journey.

Here are just some things you’ll take away:

  • How to create social media communities to connect virtual and on-site attendees before, during and after the event
  • Identifying the technologies and partners that are right for your event
  • Learning why streaming conference sessions — that is, “hybrid events” — will keep your event alive long after it’s over

Don’t miss this great webinar — I’m looking forward to it! Sign up here.
