Seamless Hotel Booking with Lanyon Passkey
Save time managing housing lists. With our integration with Lanyon Passkey — the global leader in hotel room block management — your registrants, from within the registration flow, will be able to view and book hotel rooms through Lanyon Passkey.
Updates to Lanyon Meetings, Spend Management module
In Lanyon Meetings, Spend Management module, customers can use our new budget APIs to view, add, edit, and delete expense line items through their 3rd party applications that are integrated with our product. We’ve added more vendor types into the budget to allow clients to properly identify the type of vendors they use for their meetings such as activity/tour companies. We have also increased the limit of allocations allowed in our budget expense reconciliation function, which provides you with more flexibility to apply an expense to multiple categories (cost centers or expense categories).
Expanded Language Support for Lanyon Events
Increase the reach of your meetings and events globally. Your attendee-facing registration pages can be translated into any language (single and double byte) by exporting files to or importing files from your language translation service.
Enhanced Registration Theme Builder
Added functionality to Registration now enables planners to more quickly and easily build registration paths for all kinds of meetings and events. Design and save registration templates for specific, repeatable event types, such as lunch-and-learns, trainings or conferences. Plus, you can further tailor the event theme with the ability to select multiple fonts, apply styles to buttons and links, and upload logos.
