Lanyon Smart Events Cloud® Fall Release 2015
Lanyon recently released enhancements to our Lanyon Smart Events Cloud®
solution — which includes Lanyon Events and Lanyon Meetings software. These updates further enhance our meeting and event management software, making it simpler for you to design, plan and promote events.
This release will immediately improve your productivity, thanks to a number of key improvements:
Expanded support for Sessions, Activities and Payments
Sessions and Activities are now available in our new Attendee Management module, enabling your attendees to sign up for various sessions during your event or participate in a certain activity. With our payments feature, you can charge attendees for an event pass or merchandise, supported by various payment gateways.
Create event badges like a designer
Introducing a new badge builder that simplifies badge design and printing. Import a badge design or select from one of six new badge templates to create a badge design unique to your event and for check-in screens onsite. Once finalized, you can also save the badge theme for future events.
Enhanced email and registration functionality
Improve the effectiveness of your emails by tailoring event messages. You can send emails to specific audience segments, such as attendee type, company or registration status. Plus, you can easily create registration packages with special activities and session passes — allowing more registration options and increasing your event’s revenue opportunities.
Fill your hotel room block faster
Quickly and easily manage hotels for your attendees — such as showing the hotel location and directions on a map on the registration pages, managing a room block deadline, and handling credit card payments for hotel bookings. Learn more about Lanyon Smart Events Cloud®
