ACTIVE Conference-to-Go treats users to an off-the-shelf, configurable conference management solution for setting up, promoting and managing large conferences more easily.
Boosted Lead Management tools mean capturing leads is more efficient for exhibitors/sponsors. Sales prospects can be acquired and managed during events with real-time mobile badge scanning using QR Code, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies.
NEW ACTIVE StarCite Small Meetings 2.0, RFP Tools & Location-Based Search
The new ACTIVE StarCite Small Meetings 2.0 makes creating and sourcing small meetings easier than ever with full visibility into those types of meetings from a single solution.
Find, select, and compare venues for meetings and events in just five steps with the new Request for Proposal (RFP) Wizard. And with an enhanced calendar view, users can quickly add and edit sessions.
Introducing a new Location-Based Venue Search, that allows event planners to view hotels and venues within the sourcing tool. Options are visually plotted on a map based on the desired event location.
